Posting a business related topic first time in years.

 I start by saying that I once controlled three properties that I sub let. Two of these properties in Christ Church in Regency park owned by NewHaven L'td which I was informed last year the handling of which would be taken over by Terra Caribbean on 01/01/2021 the head of which is the biological son of the CEO of New Haven. Known in real estate circles as the Mallielu's. The other one in Carrington village which I owned.

After the pandemic came ashore and after two lockdowns I had to crash out of the properties in Christ Chuch which I paid high rent for to the property in St. Michael which I pay no rent for. In light of the pandemic its the only move left. I barely got out in time as on landing at my property in St. Michael the pandemic for the first time saw me forced closed by a government Covid 19 unit that has the job to carry out acts to stop the spread. I was advised by one of its members that under the recent curfew directive that I am forbidden to carry on my flag ship daycation rentals. the head of the unit claim this measure was to stop inter household mixing which was fueling the spread.

Anyways to make a long story short for now I back in the village laying low until the next government development.  Very soon the government has to make a move has there have until March 14th to do so.

So I wait until then to comment any further. My flagship hourly daycations are suspended and confusion reign over if overnight rentals permitted. Staycations galore are being flagged by the local hotels while the head of the Covid 19  unit first said that he didn't see places like mine that brag of attracting enamored couples being allowed to do staycations only to seemingly back peddle in a recorded message to say once a level of permeance to the rental is recorded then it  is allowed under this new directive.  

For the record I open but not taking guest just so. I was advertising weekend getaways as I now in the city I targeting urbanites looking for an urban escape.  A lot is happening I see a lot of bright future here.

I have a next update tomorrow looking at room rental accommodation in the urban center which has a history going back hundreds of years and how the whole rooms rental accommodation now declared tourism all started with people renting rooms in their humble abode.
